PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain security at a high level for transmitting and receiving information by radio communication in a conference venue with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A communication control system generates a random number when attendance confirmation is accepted, stores, in a storage, connection authentication information to authenticate the transmission and reception of information by a terminal held by a participant of a conference on the basis of the generated random number, transmits a printing job for the print output of an image displaying the random number to an image formation device, receives authentication information inputted on the basis of the random number from the terminal in response to the connection of the terminal to radio communication provided in the conference venue, and authenticates the transmission and reception of information by the terminal on the basis of the connection authentication information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
