PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring machine that can mechanically feed and retrieve a measurable workpiece to and from a clamp device arranged on a measuring table of the measuring machine without having to dispose a multi-shaft handling device separately.SOLUTION: A measuring machine 1 is equipped with a mechanical device comprising a measuring table 2, a measuring slider shiftable on a first linear axial line, a traverse slider shiftable on a second linear axial line and a quill shaft 7 shiftable on a third linear axial line. On the quill shaft 7, a gripper 11 is arranged in addition to a sensor 9 for measuring workpieces. This gripper 11 enables a workpiece 23a to be retrieved from a magazine and carried to a clamp device 20 and to be retrieved from the clamp device 20 and carried to the magazine. This configuration enables an existing mechanical device in the measuring machine 1 for use in mechanically carrying and retrieving measurable workpieces 23 and 23a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
