PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an input shaft to rotate at high speed to with a fixed member without contacting, and be installed to a speed reduced, when torque is added to an input shaft.SOLUTION: A clutch mechanism is provided with an input shaft (16) and an output shaft (24) on the inner side of a cylindrical fixed member (18), and a rolling member (23) composed of a shaft portion (34) and a roller portion (35) between the input shaft (16) and the output shaft (24). The rolling member (23) is normally energized to the outside by an elastic member (33) provided on the output shaft (24). The input haft (16) can rotate at high speed to the fixed member (18), and the output shaft (24) has a structure in which the rolling member (23) abuts on an inner peripheral surface (18a) of the fixed member (18) to prevent rotations of the output shaft (24).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
