Each power feeding and power receiving device 7 includes: a power feeding part 54 for supplying power from an external power source such as a commercial power supply to a secondary cell 27 of a vehicle 26; a power interruption detection part 56 for detecting that power supply from the external power source has been interrupted in the parking lot 2; a power receiving part 55 for receiving the power supply from the secondary cell 26 when the power interruption detection part 56 has detected the interruption of power supply from the external power source; and a power distribution device power feeding part 61 for supplying power to be supplied from the secondary cell 26 to the power receiving part 55 to the adjustment machine 5 and the flap devices 6 when the power interruption detection part 56 has detected the interruption of power supply from the external power source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
