An incubator comprising: a heat insulating box that has an incubation space surrounded by a plurality of inner surfaces; a humidifying unit that humidifies the incubation space; a first heating unit that heats a first inner surface among the inner surfaces using an electrical power supplied thereto; a second heating unit that heats a second inner surface, said second inner surface being different from the first inner surface, using an electrical power supplied thereto; and a control unit that controls the magnitudes of the electrical powers respectively supplied to the first heating unit and the second heating unit. The control unit repeatedly changes the magnitude of the electrical power supplied to the first heating unit at a first timing and, at the same time, repeatedly changes the magnitude of the electrical power supplied to the second heating unit at a second timing, said second timing being different from the first timing. |
