Provided is technology capable of making devices compact and improving the conventional operational environment during surgery. Provided in the present technology is an illumination light transmission device comprising: a non-speckle illumination light source for emitting non-speckle illumination light; a speckle illumination light source for emitting speckle illumination light; a bundle fiber wherein multiple optical fibers have been bundled into a bundle-shape; and a light control unit for guiding at least one of the non-speckle illumination light and the speckle illumination light to the bundle fiber.
