PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel member including a less visible transparent electrode and totally reflecting less visible light, and a touch panel and a touch panel display device including the touch panel member.SOLUTION: A touch panel member includes at least a transparent substrate, a transparent electrode, and a protective layer covering the transparent electrode in this order. The protective layer includes three or more layers with different refractive index. Each layer of the protective layer with the different refractive index satisfies Formula 1. The protective layer satisfies Formula 2 and Formula 3. In the formulae, the layers in the protective layer with the different refractive index correspond to the first layer, the second layer, and so on from the layer closest to the transparent electrode. The farthest layer from the transparent electrode is the N-th layer, n(a) is the refractive index of the a-th layer and n(electrode) is the refractive index of the transparent electrode. 0<n(x)-n(x+1)≤0.20:(1), |n(electrode)-n(1)|≤0.20:(2), 0.20≤n(1)-n(N):(3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
