PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor panel with a structure advantageous in improving the sharpness (MTF) and detection quantum efficiency (DQE) or preventing the separation of a scintillation layer.SOLUTION: A sensor panel includes: a sensor base; a sensor substrate supported by the sensor base and outputting signals from a plurality of pixels for detecting the radiation; a peripheral member disposed around a side surface of the sensor substrate, supported by the sensor base, and not outputting a signal for detecting the radiation; and a scintillation layer covering the sensor base and the peripheral member. The scintillation layer covers continuously the sensor substrate and the peripheral member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
