PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved anisotropically conductive connection method, etc. which make possible to more accurately confirm that an anisotropically conductive film is press-fit in position temporarily, and to confirm that first and second electronic components are connected by anisotropically conductive connection.SOLUTION: To solve the above problem, an anisotropically conductive connection method for connecting between an array of first terminals provided on a first electronic component, and an array of second terminals provided on a second electronic component by anisotropic conductive connection is provided according to an aspect of the present invention. The anisotropically conductive connection method comprises the steps of: temporarily press-fitting an anisotropically conductive film on the array of first terminals; and regularly press-fitting the array of second terminals on the anisotropically conductive film. The anisotropically conductive film is colored. In the temporal press-fitting, no change is observed in regard to the state of the anisotropically conductive film colored, whereas in the regular press-fitting, the anisotropically conductive film is increased in permeability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
