RAYON FIBER INCLUDING FAT AND OIL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND FIBER STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rayon fiber including fat and oil in which oil and fat having a melting point of 20°C or less is finely dispersed in cellulose which constitutes a rayon fiber in a state where oxidation stability is good, a method for producing the same, viscose liquid for spinning a rayon fiber including fat and oil, and a fiber structure.SOLUTION: A rayon fiber including fat and oil includes fat and oil and an anti-oxidant in the rayon fiber. The fat and oil includes at least one fatty acid component selected from fatty acids and glycerin esters thereof, and is liquid at 20°C. The cellulose and the fat and oil are incompatible in the rayon fiber. The fat and oil is finely dispersed in the cellulose. Particles containing the fat and oil in the rayon fiber has an average particle diameter of 0.02 to 0.8 μm. The rayon fiber including fat and oil is produced using viscose liquid for spinning in which an emulsion liquid prepared by adding an anti-oxidant and emulsifiers having different HLBs to a fat and oil in a liquid state at 20°C is added to a viscose dope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
