PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knowledge extraction apparatus configured to extract a knowledge useful to a user, from a database, without requiring a user operation, a knowledge extraction method, and a program.SOLUTION: A knowledge extraction apparatus 10 includes: a keyword group preparation section 11 which prepares two or more keyword groups including related keywords; a first relationship specifying section 12 which specifies a relationship between each of the keyword groups and a knowledge registered in advance; a second relationship specifying section 13 which extracts a keyword from e-mail of a specific user, to specify a relationship between each of the keyword groups and the extracted keyword; and a knowledge extraction section 14 which extracts a knowledge related to the specific user, by use of the relationship specified by the first relationship specifying section 12 and the relationship specified by the second relationship specifying section 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
