PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon ticket issue device capable of easily performing electric connection when adding a function for issuing a coupon ticket or a receipt, to an automatic dispenser, additionally.SOLUTION: An automatic dispenser 100 comprises a coupon ticket issue device 41 for issuing a coupon ticket for applying a predetermined privilege, and various information to a user. The automatic dispenser 100 comprises: a counter 20 for recording a number of sold commodities as selling information; and a back up counter 30 for preliminarily recording information same to the selling information recorded in the counter 20. The coupon ticket issue device 41 comprises: a printing part 404 for outputting the coupon ticket; and a controller 401 for instructing output start of the coupon ticket performed by the printing part 404.
