PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make lending of a reserved book smooth at a library.SOLUTION: An ID storage unit 11 is a storage device that has stored a mobile ID, which is an identifier of a mobile terminal of a user who has made a reservation for lending a book. An ID acquisition unit 12 acquires a mobile ID from a mobile terminal that has entered a communication area placed in the site of a library. A notification unit 13 gives a notice to prompt a librarian to prepare a reserved book if the mobile ID acquired by the ID acquisition unit 12 is stored in the ID storage unit 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
