In a biopsy needle, said biopsy needle comprising an inner needle having a sampling part and a hollow cylindrical outer needle for housing the inner needle, and a photoacoustic measurement device provided with such a biopsy needle, a light guiding member such as an optical fiber is positioned so that the distal end thereof is located close to the distal end of the inner needle. A biopsy needle comprising a hollow cylindrical outer needle 50, an inner needle 60 that is disposed within the hollow space of the outer needle 50 in a movable manner relative to the cylinder axial direction of the outer needle 50 and that can puncture a living body, and a sampling part 62 that is provided apart from the distal end of the inner needle 60 toward the proximal end side and has a concave shape formed by cutting inward from the peripheral surface 60a of the inner needle, wherein: in the interior of the inner needle 60, an inner hole 63, said inner hole extending along the longitudinal direction of the inner needle and opening toward the sampling part 62 both in the inner needle distal end side of the sampling part 62 and in the inner needle proximal end side thereof; and a light guiding member 16 is disposed in the inner hole 63. Then, the light guiding member 16 is at least partially fixed by fillers 65 and 66 that are filled in the inner hole 63. |
