摘要

A transparent electroconductive film in which a transparent electroconductive membrane of an indium-tin composite oxide is layered on at least one surface of a transparent plastic film substrate, the transparent electroconductive film wherein the normalized integrated intensity of the diffraction peak in the (222) plane due to crystals of the transparent electroconductive membrane measured by X-ray diffractometry is 4-25 cps･°/nm.
