A method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube aggregate includes: a step for preparing a roller (2) provided with a shaft part having a columnar shape and a resin film disposed around the circumference of the shaft part; a step for multiply preparing carbon nanotube yarns (1) having a plurality of carbon nanotubes (3); a step for disposing the plurality of carbon nanotube yarns (1) in parallel in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the shaft part, and wrapping the carbon nanotube yarns (1) in the circumferential direction of the shaft part so as to be positioned on the resin film; a step for supplying a volatile fluid to the plurality of carbon nanotube yarns (1) positioned on the resin film; and a step for processing the plurality of carbon nanotube yarns (1) to which the fluid has been supplied.
