The present invention relates to a method for processing handover among private base stations in a private network environment, and a private network system therefor. The private network system comprises: a first private base station for establishing a first S1 bearer with an evolved packet core-network (EPC), relaying a mobile communication terminal packet, which is transmitted to a public network through the first S1 bearer, establishing a first local bearer with a private gateway, and relaying the mobile communication terminal packet, which is transmitted to a private network through the first local bearer; a second private base station operating, when handover of the mobile communication terminal is performed, as a target base station so as to establish a second S1 bearer with the EPC, processing the mobile communication terminal packet, which is transmitted to the public network through the second S1 bearer, and releasing the first S1 bearer established between the first private base station and the EPC; and the private gateway for receiving a local path switch message from the second private base station, establishing a second local bearer with the second private base station, and changing a traffic direction of the first local bearer to the second local bearer, wherein the private gateway releases the first local bearer by identifying the first local bearer on the basis of information included in the local path switch message. |
