PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic brake control device configured to prevent deceleration amount for a distance between a vehicle and an object to reach a predetermined value from the start of automatic braking, from varying with respect to a desired value.SOLUTION: A brake control part 42 of a brake control device 40 acquires brake oil temperature, calculates an estimated collision time when a vehicle collides with an object, performs collision determination for determining whether the estimated collision time is equal to or smaller than a threshold, and controls whether to start pressurizing brake oil when the estimated collision time is smaller than the threshold. The brake control part 42 starts pressurization at first timing when the brake oil temperature is a first temperature, and starts pressurization at second timing when the brake oil temperature is a second temperature. The first temperature is lower than the second temperature. The first timing is closer to the determination time of a collision determination part than the second timing. |
