PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation device of a secondary battery capable of reducing calculation loads of a battery model and estimating an internal state of an electrode with high accuracy.SOLUTION: According to a solid phase potential model formula for regulating potentials (&phgr;, &phgr;) of active materials of first and second electrodes constituting a secondary battery, a solid phase concentration model formula for regulating reaction material concentrations (C, C) in the active materials of the first and second electrodes, a liquid phase potential model formula for regulating potentials (&phgr;, &phgr;) of liquid phases of the first and second electrodes, and a liquid phase concentration model formula for regulating reaction material concentrations (C, C) in the liquid phases of the first and second electrodes, the potentials of the active materials and the liquid phases of the first and second electrodes, and the reaction material concentrations in the active materials and in the liquid phases of the first and second electrodes are calculated, and internal states of first and second electrode surfaces are estimated based on the potentials and the reaction material concentrations of the first and second electrodes. |
