A linear compressor is provided. The linear compressor includes a shell having a refrigerant inlet, a cylinder arranged in the shell, a piston reciprocating in the cylinder, a motor assembly providing a driving force to the piston and having a permanent magnet, and a frame arranged on one side of the motor assembly, wherein the cylinder includes a first outer circumferential part with which an inner stator of the motor assembly is combined, and a second outer circumferential part extended from the first outer circumferential part and forcibly press-fit into the frame. |
