PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a program of an extraction order and a rolling order from a heating furnace of slab, while considering the rolling of a following material in the cooling of a preceding material.SOLUTION: A method includes the steps of: extracting slab data of the number of sheets of instructions by a data reading unit (step S2); optimizing the heating furnace extraction order and rolling order of the slab for the slab data of the number of sheets of instructions and creating a heating furnace extraction order and rolling order program of the slab by an optimal program planning unit (step S3); confirming the existence of a program of a preceding material in which the rolling of the following material is not performed, though the rolling of a following material is possible in the cooling, in the program by an assessment unit (step S4, Yes); extracting the slab data for the number of sheets of instructions including the slab after the preceding material by a data reading unit (step S7); and making the optimal program planning unit perform processing again by using the slab data for the number of sheets of instructions (step S3). |
