The invention relates to a driveability control system for a motor vehicle, which includes: means for determining the skidding of at least one of the wheels of the vehicle relative to the ground, processing means (26) capable of emitting a ramp signal to correct the torque to be transmitted to at least one of the wheels of the vehicle, and means for correcting the torque to be transmitted to said wheel in accordance with said correction signal.
