The device (1) has two adjustable arms (2, 3) arranged in an articulated manner to each other and carrying shaped parts (5, 6) that work together for hair styling process. One of the shaped parts heats hair inserted into a hair styling gap (9), and one of the arms is attached to a pressure measuring device that measures pressure exerted on the hair during closing of the gap or measures a pressure value. A display device (19) i.e. LEDs, displays the measured pressure or pressure value. The measuring device is designed as a pressure sensor (D) on which the other shaped part is supported. |
