PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simplified drain discharging and drain discharge control so as to reduce costs for drain processing and increase reliability.SOLUTION: A drainer (28) which discharges drain D by separating the drain D from combustible gas Gm comprises: a first storage section (48-1) which is formed at a side of a combustible gas introduction section (an introduction port 34), and stores the drain D; a second storage section (48-2) which is formed at a side of a drain discharge section (an injection/discharge port 38), and stores the drain D that overflows from the first storage section (48-1); and a shield wall (52) for blocking off outflow of the combustible gas Gm to the side of the second storage section (48-2) by sinking in the drain D at the side of the first storage section (48-1).
