PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To homogenize processing result by facilitating teaching a robot.SOLUTION: A grinding brush tool 2 comprises: a rotatable brush body 8 in which a brush hair bundle 9 having its outer diameter smaller than the diameter of a hole h in a holey workpiece W is attached to a brush base 18; a hair length adjustment mechanism 13 which can adjust a length of the brush hair bundle 9 protruded from a hair bundle insertion hole 23 of a hair bundle support member 22; and an air cylinder 12 by which a pressing load of the brush body 8 is applied to a surface of the holey workpiece W. The grinding brush tool 2 is attached to a robot arm 1. While the brush body 8 is rotated where the pressing load, by which a tip part of the brush hair bundle 9 arranged to face the hole h in the holey workpiece W is inserted into at least opening peripheral of the hole h by a radius dimension of an R-chamfer to process, is applied, each tip part of the brush hair bundles 9 is slid over the entire region where the holes h formed in the holey workpiece W. |
