The present invention relates to a vascular prosthesis, particularly a small-diameter vascular prosthesis, comprising an inner layer formed by nanofibers and/or microfibers and an outer layer formed also by nanofibers and/or microfibers, whereby both these layers nanofibers and/or microfibers are made of polylactic acid (PLA) and polycaprolactone (PCL) copolymer, with the PLA and PCL ratio in the range of 9:1 to 1:9.
