PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body front part structure which is properly deformable in an axial direction in a collapsing manner by suppressing upward flexure deformation of a front side member in a head-on collision.SOLUTION: The vehicle body front part structure has a basic structure in which the front side member 1 extending in a vehicle body longitudinal direction at both right and left side parts of an engine room and an extension member 3 located on a rearward extension of the front side member in a plan view are connected by abutting mutual front end and rear end of them to each other while interposing a dash panel 2 therebetween, and further, a cross member 7 straddling the connection part between the rear end of the front side member 1 and the front end of the extension member 3 and a side surface of a front pillar 5 located in the vicinity of the connection part, is connected while being arranged along a vehicle interior side surface of the dash panel 2. |
