The invention relates to a container and method of packing. The container, has an essentially circular cylindrical body provided with at least two recesses, wherein each recess is adapted for receiving the circular circumference of the cylindrical body of another container, that can be stacked in perpendicular directions. These features allow for a more efficient packing of containers such as bottles, achieving more containers per box or tray area while preserving, at least partially, the appearance and compatibility with equipment of traditional round bottles. |
