PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous washing device and a continuous cleaning method of a steel plate in which blemishes or the like do not attach to a steel plate, oil content can be equally removed over the whole of a steel plate, an additive process is not required, and running costs can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A continuous washing device 10 of a steel plate that performs continuous cleaning of an oil content that adheres to both sides of a steel plate 4 performing consecutive travel includes: an elevated temperature steam spray device 1 in which steam of an elevated temperature is sprayed on both sides of the traveling steel plate 4, and an oil content of the surface of the steel plate 4 is made to have easy detachability; and an absorption roll unit 5 that holds both sides of the traveling steel plate 4 after elevated temperature steam spray and has an absorption roll 3 that absorbs the oil content and moisture of the steel plate. |
