PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator circuit which can reduce a power supply voltage regardless of magnitude of a load while suppressing abnormal vibration at the time of startup, and further to provide an oscillator, an electronic apparatus and a start-up method of the oscillator circuit.SOLUTION: An oscillator circuit 1 includes: a resonator, crystal oscillator 10; an amplifier circuit 20 having a feedback path from one end to other end of the resonator; and a voltage supply circuit 30. The voltage supply circuit 30 has a time constant circuit, RC integrating circuit constituted of a resistor 32 and a capacitor 34, to which a power supply voltage Vcc is input, generates a driving voltage Vwhich becomes a constant voltage regardless of a load of the amplifier circuit 20 while being started up in response to a time constant of a time constant circuit after the power supply voltage Vcc is input thereto and supplies the driving voltage Vto the amplifier circuit 20. |
