PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin processing apparatus which can prevent prolonging of processing time when collecting coins stored in a first storage part and a second storage part.SOLUTION: A coin processing apparatus comprises: a first storage part for sorting coins into different denominations and storing them; a second storage part for storing coins of different denominations in a mixed state; and a control part which, when performing depositing processing, if the number of coins stored in the first storage part has not reached a prescribed number which is smaller than a maximum storage number of the first storage part, makes coins to be conveyed to the first storage part, and if the number of coins stored in the first storage part has reached the prescribed number, makes coins to be conveyed to the second storage part. |
