PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact rotary tool capable of suppressing deterioration of a life of a regulation member.SOLUTION: A changeover mechanism 71 of an impact rotary tool comprises a connection member 72 capable of engaging in a peripheral direction into each of a drive shaft hole 54 formed in a drive shaft 6, and an anvil hole 58 formed in an anvil 51. In addition, the changeover mechanism 71 comprises: a changeover shaft 73 into which the connection member 72 is engaged so as to relatively rotate and which performs shaft direction movement by interlocking with an operation of a changeover switch 28; and a regulation pin 77 which regulates the shaft direction movement of the connection member 72 to the changeover shaft 73. Then, the changeover mechanism 71 is made into an impact mode by engaging the connection member 72 into only the drive shaft hole 54, and made into a drill mode by engaging the connection member 72 into both of the drive shaft hole 54 and the anvil hole 58. An elastic member 79 is disposed between the connection member 72 and the regulation pin 77. |
