PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily visually confirm deformation of a PC steel twisted wire for reinforcing a tunnel, slope or concrete structure, namely, deformation of a reinforcement object.SOLUTION: A tension display A is mounted to a PC steel twisted wire P used for a structure or the like as a reinforcement member. Within a casing 1 mounted to PC steel by halved fitting, a display section 20 formed from LED 22a..., a tension measurement section (magnetizer 2, a hall element 4), a control section 10, a battery 12 and the like are integrated. When great shapes are incurred by an earthquake and a great tension is temporarily loaded to the PC steel twisted wire and exceeds the allowable limit thereof, e.g., 200 kN, a red lamp 22h is flickered and the flickering is continued even after the shakes are settled and the tension becomes equal to or smaller than 200 kN. Therefore, deformation of the PC steel twisted wire, namely, deformation of a reinforcement object (exceeding the allowable limit or the like) can be easily visually confirmed, thereby smoothly taking measurements such as evacuation or appropriate reinforcement. |
