PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine that an object detected with a radar device is a human even when the human is stopping near a fixed structure.SOLUTION: A radar device 11 irradiates a radar wave, and receives a reflection wave of the radar wave from an object so as to identify the position of the object. A calculation unit 12 calculates the size of reception intensity variations regarding the reflection wave in the radar device. A determination unit 13 determines whether the object is a human on the basis of the size of reception intensity variations calculated by the calculation unit 12. |
