PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure for a building in which man-hour for construction can be reduced, and a building unit.SOLUTION: Each of building units constituting a building comprises a unit body part and a roof panel 30. The roof panel 30 includes a plurality of roof supports 31 which are provided side by side laterally at predetermined intervals, and a plurality of folded-plate materials 32 which are provided over the roof supports 31 to constitute a folded-plate roof part. Each of the roof supports 31 includes a base member 34 and a tight frame 35 fixed on the base member 34, and a space between a crest portion 39 of the tight frame 35 and the base member 34 becomes a crest-like space 45. At a bottom face side of each roof crest portion 48 of the folded-plate roof part 33, a crest portion heat insulator 71 is provided and at a bottom face side of each roof trough portion 49, a trough portion heat insulator 72 is provided. The crest portion heat insulator 71 is provided over the roof supports 31 and inserted into the crest-like space 45 of each of the roof supports 31, respectively, so as to be assembled to each of the roof supports 31. |
