The invention provides a vacuum insulating material and a cooling thermal device using the same. When the vacuum insulating material is attached to the device, to avoid a pipe for cooling and adhesive tape, the pasting shape of the adhesive tape must be taken into consideration to for a large groove part, an unnecessary gap is formed between the adhesive tape and the groove part, so that the heat insulating performance is reduced. An angle theta2 is formed between a side wall forming the groove part (70) and a pasting surface of the pipe for cooling (51). An angle theta1 is formed between the adhesive tape (52) and the pasting surface of the pipe for cooling (51). The angle theta2 is above the angle theta1. Thus the vacuum insulating material (50) and the cooling thermal device (1) are formed, wherein the gap between the vacuum insulating material (50) and an outer box (21) is reduced, and the vacuum insulating material (50) has excellent heat insulating performance. |
