PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder convenient for an operator to perform a cover tape processing work after peeling cover tapes by providing a common opening-closing lid for both of the cover tapes after being peeled off.SOLUTION: A feeder comprises two pairs of feeding mechanism parts for moving supply tapes with carrier tapes each comprising a housing part of an electronic component and a sprocket hole and cover tapes covering the carrier tapes to a takeout position of the electronic component; and peeling mechanism parts for peeling the cover tapes off from the carrier tapes, and processes the two supply tapes to be processed separately for the two pairs in parallel. The feeder also has a housing part for housing the two cover tapes peeled off of the two supply tapes; and a cover tape storage part comprising an opening-closing lid for taking out the cover tapes housed in the housing part. In the feeder, the cover tape storage part has a common opening-closing lid for the two cover tapes which have been housed in the housing part and peeled off. |
