PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightning conduction device which effectively and surely guides lighting by utilizing advantages of respective laser lighting conduction and plasma lighting arrestor, which is low cost and in addition in which breakage due to lighting current does not occur principally.SOLUTION: A lighting conduction device includes a metallic lighting conduction part (7b) provided in the vicinity of an opening (7a), and a laser transmitter (3), and the surface of the lighting conduction part (7b) is irradiated with laser beams via a condenser lens (8) so as to be focused thereon. By jetting the plasma flow from the lighting conduction part (7b), three-dimensional lighting conduction atmosphere is created from the opening (7a) and plasma are efficiently generated even by laser of low output, thereby increasing lighting conduction effect. |
