The bonding device (1) includes a discharge outlet (65), an upper roller (12), and a lower roller (18). The discharge outlet discharges the adhesive. The upper roller is disposed above a cloth (C1) and a tape (C2), at a position at which the tape overlays the cloth, and comes into contact with the tape. The lower roller is disposed below the cloth and the tape so as to face the upper roller, and comes into contact with the cloth. The upper roller and the lower roller feed the tape and the cloth. The discharge outlet faces an outer circumferential face of the upper roller at a position further to an upstream side, in a feed direction of the tape, than a pressure bonding point at which the upper roller and the lower roller operate in coordination with each other to pressure-bond the cloth and the tape.
