PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical bioinstrumentation device capable of detecting an inferior contact of a probe in a pinpoint manner.SOLUTION: The optical bioinstrumentation device comprises: disposing multiple incidence probes and detection probes on a head surface; applying infrared light with three wavelengths or more from the incidence probes to the interior of the brain; acquiring changes in oxyhemoglobin concentration and deoxyhemoglobin concentration from a change in absorbance obtained by measuring luminance of light exiting from the detection probes so as to measure a state of a cerebral function; and extracting a BL-plane orthogonal component as a noise component from the change in absorbance to detect the inferior contact of the probe. The optical bioinstrumentation device includes a low-pass filter and a high-pass filter and decomposes the extracted noise component into two, where those are so defined that a low-pass filtered output of the extracted noise component is caused by only motion artifact, and a high-pass filtered output of the extracted noise component is caused by only measurement noise. |
