The present invention relates to a multi-stage purification method and apparatus of extracellular vesicles using an aqueous solution two-phase system that can separate and purify a large amount of extracellular vesicles, contaminated due to being mixed with proteins, at high purity in a short time through a multi-stage purification method using an aqueous solution two-phase system, wherein it is possible to remove 95% or more proteins and obtain extracellular vesicles with high purity, thereby having very high efficiency in comparison with the prior art. In particular, the method costs less and is economical, and thus is capable of increasing competitiveness because expensive equipment or materials such as a high-speed centrifugal separator or antibodies are not required. Also, the isolated and purified extracellular vesicles can be used in analysis methods such as RT-PCR or western blot, thereby being utilized in the areas of research and diagnosis of diseases using the same. |
