PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a radio communication path efficiently and promptly with the prevention of radio wave interference.SOLUTION: In a radio communication system 1, radio communication terminals M1-M11 mutually performs short-range radio communication, and are managed in a group by a management device KS through the radio communication. Each radio communication terminal M1-M11 at power switched on transmits a path request which requests a radio communication path between with the management device KS. The radio communication terminal M1-M11, on receiving the path request from another radio communication terminal M1-M11, performs relay transmission of the path request if the transmission source radio communication terminal M1-M11 is different from the group of the self-terminal, whereas stops the relay transmission if in the same group. The management device KS, when receiving a plurality of path requests transmitted from the same radio communication terminal M1-M11, determines a communication path having the best radio wave quality, from radio wave quality in the middle of the relay, included in the path request, and radio wave quality at the path request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
