PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an in-cylinder injection engine which can prevent that the engine becomes impossible to be started even if a boosting failure of fuel pressure caused by the bite-in of air occurs at a start of the engine.SOLUTION: An ECU 50 constituting a control device 1 of an in-cylinder injection engine comprises a fuel injection control part 51 which performs air purge control for performing fuel injection at an intake stroke when fuel pressure is lower than prescribed pressure at a start of the engine. The fuel injection control part 51 elongates a fuel injection time of an injector 12 during the execution of the air purge control longer than the case that the fuel pressure is not lower than the prescribed pressure. On the other hand, when a fuel quantity in a fuel tank 63 is not smaller than a prescribed quantity during the execution of the air purge control, and an integrated value (integrated injection quantity) of the fuel injection quantity after a start of the fuel injection reaches a prescribed value, the fuel injection control part 51 stops the air purge control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
