PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and high-performance zoom lens whose color aberration is satisfactorily corrected and an imaging apparatus including the zoom lens.SOLUTION: A zoom lens substantially comprises, in order from an object side: a positive first lens group G1 that is fixed when zooming; at least two moving lens groups that move when zooming; and a positive final lens group that is disposed closest to the object side and is fixed when zooming. The first lens group G1 substantially includes, in order from the object side: a negative first a lens group G1a that is fixed when adjusting focus; a positive first b lens group G1b that moves when adjusting focus; and a positive first c lens group G1c. The first a lens group G1a has at least two negative lenses, the negative lens closest to the object side has a meniscus shape with a convex surface facing the object side, and a first n lens that is at least one negative lens of the second and subsequent negative lenses satisfies predetermined conditional expressions (1)-(3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
