PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency when maintaining a liquefied carbon dioxide supply pump in a supercritical fluid chromatograph and to enable a pump head to be kept at a constant temperature even when a surrounding temperature changes.SOLUTION: A liquefied carbon dioxide supply pump comprises: a pump head which has a pump room for sending liquefied carbon dioxide and a coolant passage in addition to a passage passing through the pump room; a coolant circulation passage which includes the coolant passage; a coolant pump which circulates a coolant; a cooling section which is arranged at a position away from the pump head and cools the coolant; a temperature sensor which detects a temperature of the pump head or the temperature around the same; and a pump control section which controls a flow rate of the coolant pump in a manner that keeps the liquefied carbon dioxide flowing in the pump head at a constant temperature on the basis of a detection signal of the temperature sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
