PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a time envelope shape of a decoded signal with a small amount of information and reduce perceived distortion.SOLUTION: A voice decoding device which decodes an encoded voice signal and outputs a voice signal comprises: a low-frequency decoding unit which obtains a low-frequency signal; a high-frequency decoding unit which generates a high-frequency signal on the basis of the first information received from the low-frequency decoding unit; a high-frequency time envelope shape determining unit which determines a time envelope shape of the generated high-frequency signal on the basis of the second information transmitted from an encoding device; a high-frequency time envelope correcting unit which corrects and outputs the time envelope shape of the high-frequency signal generated on the basis of the determined time envelope shape; and a low-frequency/high-frequency signal synthesizing unit which obtains the voice signal to be output by synthesizing the low-frequency signal received from the low-frequency decoding unit with the high-frequency signal including the corrected time envelope shape received from the high-frequency time envelope correcting unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
