PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic powder removal device capable of enhancing the cleanliness of a pipe body.SOLUTION: A magnetic powder removal device comprises: a hopper 11 being charged with granular foods 2; a plurality of pipe bodies 15 being disposed below a charge port, extending along an extending direction intersecting the falling direction of the granular foods 2 and being formed with gaps between outer peripheral surfaces adjacent to each other; a plurality of magnet bars being disposed in an insertable and removable state in the pipe bodies 15 one by one and having a magnetic force adsorbing magnetic powders on the outer peripheral surface of the pipe bodies 15; an insertable and removable mechanism 16 performing the drawing out of each magnet bar from the pipe bodies 15 by moving each magnet bar along the extending direction and the insertion of each magnet bar into the pipe body 15; and a rotating mechanism 17 rotating the pipe body 15 in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface in a state that the magnet bar is drawn out from the pipe body 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
