PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light measuring device and the like that are capable of performing photoinduced fluorescence measurement and absorbance measurement at the same time, having a sample holding section that provides a sufficient light-blocking effect.SOLUTION: A light measuring device including: a first measuring section that measures intensity of a first measurement light emitted from a first light source and passing through an object to be measured; and a second measuring section that measures second measurement light that is fluorescence from the object to be measured to which light emitted from a second light source is transmitted, comprises: a light guide section through which the light emitted from the first light source and the second light source pass; a sample holding section that holds the object to be measured; and a light-absorption section that surrounds the light guide section and the sample holding section. The sample holding section has: a shared-incident-light-guiding window that guides first incident light and second incident light to the object to be measured; a first measurement light guiding window that guides the first measurement light from the object to be measured to the first measuring section; and a second measurement light guiding window that guides the second measurement light from the object to be measured to the second measuring section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
