PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator capable of preventing a crystal vibrator from being brought into contact with a resistive element and short-circuited.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator 1 comprises: a substrate 20; a crystal vibrator 10 opposed to a principal surface 21 of the substrate 20 via an air gap, and connected with the substrate 20 via a lead terminal 12; a resistive element 30 for a heater circuit provided on the principal surface 21 so as to be opposed to the crystal vibrator 10; and a protruded component 40 provided on the principal surface 21 so as to be opposed to the crystal vibrator 10 and protruded to the crystal vibrator 10 side from the resistive element 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
