PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system excellent as a system which requests in advance a charging target vehicle to save power.SOLUTION: A power consumption management device including a storage battery and being communicable with a vehicle capable of running using electric energy stored in the storage battery, includes: a request-side acquisition unit which acquires power saving request information indicative of a power saving request from the power saving request side; a notification unit which, when the power saving request information is acquired by the request-side acquisition unit, notifies the vehicle of request information to request to suppress power consumption in the vehicle; a vehicle-side acquisition unit which acquires from the vehicle response information in response to the request information notified by the notification unit; and a report unit which, on acquiring the response information by the vehicle-side acquisition unit, notifies the power saving request side of the report information which does not include vehicle individual information, in response to the power saving request information acquired by the request-side acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
